"Very nice and enjoyable place. It has a coffee shop and you can do your laundry. Its close to most things and you can walk. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. I recommend it!"

"The apartment was fine, but the hotel academy needs more attention, and they should offer more options for lunch and dining, as a salad buffet at the breakfast space, for example."

"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"A acomodações são otimas. Quarto/prédio tem tudo que se precisa. A área é realmente fraca caso se queira sair a pé para comer, principalmente a noite (não recomendado!). Mas é bem central e Uber não levava mais do que 2-3 minutos para chegar."

"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again."

"The person that park the cars at night or both person that parks cars there should be promoted to a better position in the hotel, he really know to make people feel well atended, he really understands about hospitality. The hotel is really good staff too. I’m happy."

"From start to end, the service level of this stunning hotel is excellent. A special shout out to Cesar, who met us at the foyer when we arrived and saw us to our car when we departed. A big thanks to the very friendly Edso from concierge, who took us on our morning walk to the falls. The breakfast was delicious, dinner buffet was one of the best I have had. The efficiency and effort of all the staff at the Belmond should set the standard for all 5-star hotels. The icing on the cake? Iguazu Falls right on your door step. It was an unbelievable experience. Highly highly recommend! "
