"This home was perfect! The bunk room is on the same floor at the other beds, so good if you have small kiddos like we do. The screened in porch, the access to the water. The covered area under the porch… and an outdoor shower!! Here’s hoping we can come back in the summer!!!! 4 adults and 5 little under 7, and that laundry room perfect for the wet towels and bathing suits from the jacuzzi!! 11/10! Thank you hosts! "We enjoyed our Columbus Day weekend at Amy & James house. It's a beautiful house! Very clean, spacious & nicely decorated. The bedrooms are big especially the master bedroom. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I liked the idea of the cabinets being labeled. It makes it easier to find things in the kitchen & to put things back where it should be. The backyard is pretty big. "The room was exactly what the picture showed. Very clean. Simple but perfect for a nights sleep and clean. Close to all amenities we were seeing. Easy instructions to check in."

"The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep. "

"The views are beautiful, and you cannot say enough about the sunsets. The Island is peaceful. We visited a few of the beaches and picked up a few shells to remember the island. "

"Wonderful host and property. Easy check in, where the host even communicated we could get in early if needed (much appreciated!) Pictures are all accurate. Nice property for several adults. "Great views and amenities "

"3 day weekend. A. Great kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We were able to cook a lot. Fun. Upstairs was huge. Living area with a TV and a separated bedroom area. Nice bathroom as well. If the weather had been nicer (warmer) it is 1/2 a block from the Roger Williams park so a great place for walks and/or bike rides. Walgreens & CVS at the beginning of the street. Close to lots of things. We will be back again. TY to Steve for a great place and making things easy."

"Eclectic, fun, amazing house. Short walk to rearaurants, view of the water was fun watching the lightning strikes. Sat for hours on the porch just talking. Grand had an awesome time exploring the house and the yard.. Don was an amazing host."

"The house was very clean and organized upon arrival and we really enjoyed our stay in Narragansett. Beautiful yard with a nice lawn for croquet. We loved having use of two kayaks and life jackets as well as the beach area for swimming. There are a few things that could be checked by the owners: 1. No screen doors in front and back. That was a big disappointment 2. No fly swatter. Many flies in the house when we arrived. 2. Light bulbs not working in the master bedroom sitting area, back...
