"Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."

"This wasn't a bad place to stay for a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in earlier than advertised.
