"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Koi. We appreciated the large room with view, comfortable bed, rainfall shower, abundant AC and great service. Pool area was nice and we found breakfast quite convenient before heading out for each day’s activities. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The beautiful sunrises, the gentle breezes, and the quietness are just what we are looking for in a vacation. You have privacy with the 4 separate bedrooms and a great gathering table for family dinners and games. The washer and dryer is so handy! When you sit outside in the courtyard, you feel like you are in your own private mini jungle.The island is laid back, and some things are island time, so be prepared to have a little patience. "Great property on the south peninsula. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. This was perfect for our group. Short walk to Turtle beach. A 15 minute walk to Cockleshell beach and the Reggae beach bar. Kids were able to swim at each of these beaches and enjoy the private pool. The house is showing some wear, but is very clean. Other than our food, the house had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely return here."

"Alex & Annie were very professional, courteous, kind and helpful during my 7-day stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Alex & Annie willingly answered all my questions about St Kitts, places to visit around the island, and most importantly, places to eat and have fun. The location is perfect! Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town.
