"Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so...

"This was our second stay at Turtle Beach. Previous stay was in the studio apartment by the same owner as this beachside property. The location is amazing--right on the beach but you need a car if you want to venture further than Cockleshell beach which is the next bay over and is in walking distance. The challenges for us were that by coming in September just about everything at Cockleshell Beach is closed so not a good month to come. Also, it's incredibly hot and the cottage only has air...
