"Very warm reception when we arrived late at night. I had an early morning surgery scheduled at the hospital across the street. We got a late checkout time for my spouse and then they invited my spouse to relax in the library for the afternoon with refreshments and snacks. Very hospitable and caring!"

"Hyannis Travel Inn, MA This place was wonderful. The best thing about it was the staff. They will go out of their way to help you plan your stay. They have numerous recommendations across the entire Cape area for everything from food to shopping to activities. They know all about all the events going on, are super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located right next to the downtown shopping center. There are plenty of restaurants, cool shops and parks. You can enjoy it all just by walking outside. About the accommodations, the rooms are modern and clean. The lobby is bright and welcoming. You'll find a nice pool along-side a large, conveniently located parking lot. Just know that there are NO ELEVATORS or ADA accessible rooms. You need to use the stairs to get into all areas, including the lobby. "

"We came here for a night away as a family of 4, and it was great! We really enjoyed: -Very warm/clean pool -friendly and helpful staff -Weekend breakfast actually had a good selection of food-was just expecting some cereal -Restaurant Keshar was delicious! My husband is picky with Indian food but he loved this! Also yummy cocktails Some things could have used a little extra elbow grease in cleaning-slippery shower, a mop in the lobby, scrub a stain out of a chair We had a great time and will be returning again soon! "

"This facility is super clean for a dog friendly hotel. They need more outdoor trash receptacles for dog poop bags because people picked up poop but had nowhere to put bags so left them in the grass and parking lot. "
