"The location of this property is great. Plenty of room for our group. There are some updates needed. For example the floor is very uneven with some caution tape in one place. You cannot use the front door at all, which we found odd Check in was super easy. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly dealt with. The house is well stocked with everything you need, which was greatly appreciated - extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. it was nice to not have to buy those...

"We were a family of 11: 9 adults (ages 21-83) and 2 kids 13 &10 spending Christmas holiday together (we came from all over the US). The house was immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable, with eat-in kitchen large enough to have multiple family meals together, AND a large separate dining room. The 6 bedrooms were lovely, and spacious, and the beds were heavenly. I found the linens and towels very luxurious and I slept well. (I only stay in 4-5 star hotels because I need top quality...

"This house worked great for our Christmas trip to Vegas. The location was perfect, the house was large with 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up stairs and a powder room down. The TV room was big enough for our family to gather for a movie. The TV was huge and had streaming channels available. There was a nice electric fireplace and an Alexia with an added great speaker for music. The table was large enough for up to 8 people to sit for meals.
