"There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. I could not have asked for a better location. I would definitely rent this property again."

"There were just a few items to complain about. I think some of the furniture in living room and family room could be updated. I think there should be more towels for personal use, other than that owner made sure all needs were met. Most everything we needed was provided and if I had a question, the owner text me back with an answer. I loved that. There were 35 people in my family and all had the best time ever. "It was a great stay overall. The house had games and toys for the kids. It took a bit but we were able to hook up our gaming system to the tv. The only thing was the pool house had some dirty clothing items left from the last guest and didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the house. So we just stayed out of there but we loved the pool and the kitchen was great and nicely stocked."

"We were in Vegas for the National Bowling tournament at South Point, so the location was very convenient. While we didn't use any of the amenities such as the hot tub, we enjoyed our stay. The host was excellent, checked in on us a our stay progressed. Tournament won't be back for three years, but we'll see if it's available when we do return."

The home is located at the very end of Las Vegas Blvd where things start getting a little more spread out, this home was a safe oasis. My only note is one of the bedrooms is behind a curtained off area vs having a door, but the gentlemen staying there had no complaints and said he was incredibly comfortable in the room he was never bothered by excess sound or feeling like he didn't have...

"This property was able to accommodate our 12 person group. Everyone was able to have their own bed which really made everyone feel comfortable. The property was very clean. The hot tub was also a nice touch especially our stay being in the winter. Brian was very quick to respond to any request or question I had.
