Stayed at the M for a family reunion. It was away from the craziness of the strip and the casino was not crazy crowded which we appreciated. This is a fabulous hotel and the restaurants are excellent. We had a small issue with our room which was dealt with. Overall great experience. I'll be back.

The ambiance and convenience! Definitely had problems in room with lighting. I am someone with damaged eyesight which includes difficulty in seeing in low light. Option to have brighter lighting in room should be mandatory! Very disappointed as spent two nights in different location with less amenities with lighting choices that were superb!

My children and I stayed here for four nights and we absolutely loved it! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, everything in our room was clean, and our beds were comfortable. The restaurant options inside the hotel were so amazing. I also love the convenience of the various shops below. The hotel was overall incredibly quiet next time we’re in Vegas we will be staying here again.

Elevators were not regulated by use of a key card or a security guard/stand. I didn’t like the idea that anyone has access to all of the locations of the hotel. The doors didn’t self-close, you had to make sure to push the door or pull the door close as you were coming in or out of the room. If you were staying with friends there is a ~1.5 foot floor to ceiling window into the bathroom from the room, which wouldn’t be ideal.

No comp or discounted meals, not enough options. Definitely not enough elevators to host and accommodate that many guests. I understand there is an expansion in progress. I stayed here for business for 2 nights and 3 days, the first night - I was in the shower and noticed a used band stuck on the tile floor that I almost stepped on. I pulled back the sheet and there is a long hair. Room service: Lady that brought the food was terrific, the food was terrible and of low quality (which I was surprised about) and they did not bring salt and pepper which should be standard for all room service meals. I ordered a Cesar salad, potato salad, clam chowder, and a fruit tart (which was the best thing I had) and hot tea w/honey and lemon. The 2nd night: I found a hair ball under the sink area which is disgusting. 10pm comes around and my neighbor blasts her music and her and her friends have a full blown hotel party screaming and yelling, I called security - they supposedly come up to talk to her -- 12:30am rolls around and the music is STILL blaring. I called security again and then they finally turn it off. Pros: Free valet and available self-parking, staff at restaurants were friendly. Latte at the bakery was great! Room is beautiful with nice views, casino is clean. Cons: quality of food is terrible, very low quality - (I tried two places, the raider place and room service. Cleanliness of the room was subpar. The gym opens at 7am which is way too late for professionals and closes at 6pm!! so I did not get a utilize the gym as previously planned. Overall, I would not be back!
