"As always, great customer service… Shout out to Madison at the front desk and the guys in Bell and Valet! Super comfy bed and pillows, love the decor of the rooms, happy there’s a coffee maker, convenient to my work location, glad it’s off the strip, love the Asian noodle place—fresh yummy food. Sundance Grill was a little challenged; at least the night we were there. In general, the entire Silverton staff seems happy, and always very helpful. Silverton is my go to— and my husband absolutely loves the bass pro shop."

"Great family friendly atmosphere with daily activities and extras like a mermaid encounter and percussion play. There's also a game room and a few restaurants on site, plus BBQ grills for guests' use. Friendly staff and quick response to needs (we had a minor plumbing issue and needed more shampoo & conditioner). Communication got 4/5 because I called the day before our check out for a late check out and was told "sure" all I had to do was call back in the morning. When I called in the morning and I was told "We have no late check outs this week." 😒"
