"Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel for the money. "

"The check in process was a little frustrating as our employee wasn’t so kind. When we returned later and got a different employee she was much nicer. The hotel is large and busy, definitely a tourist attraction. If you like gambling this is the place for you. The two pools were fantastic. "

"We would have liked an earlier check in but they had issues and couldn’t accommodate us, but that’s understandable. The room was comfortable and clean, the a/c worked well and we were comfortable, and the coffee was very good. I would stay again. "
