Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. "I was disappointed at the cleanliness. It seemed as just the bare minimum was cleaned. There is quite a bit of mold in every window and in the bathroom. The bathroom had cobwebs and multiple spiders. the shower and sink had pink mold as if it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The baseboards and around furniture had thick dust built up. "Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."

"The location of the property was perfect to visit other areas of the Cotswolds. The property was quiet and had everything you needed to make it feel like home. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. "A girlfriend and I wanted a few days R and R. This stunning property and location fitted the bill. The beds were so comfortable! Felt cocooned for a few days. Just what we needed. Would recommend the property to anyone wanted to get away from it all. Only downside was the check in process as it was dark by 4pm. We struggled to find the property despite good directions and then found we could not see very well to open the key box. "
