Each suite features an inviting layout furnished for individualized comfort, with standalone features including a convenient kitchen or kitchenette area, smart TV, and free WiFi. Suite numbers 'One', 'Two', 'Four', and 'Six' include kitchenettes. Suites 'Three', 'Five', and 'Seven' are equipped with full kitchens.

The property also offers a shared picnic area with a gas grill for home cookouts.

THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
A nominal fee is required for beach access.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
While chains are required in vehicles in winter, a 4x4 or equivalent vehicle is recommended year-round.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
