"The staff was outstanding! They were knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location across from the CIA was perfect. Visiting local historical sites was so convenient. We could not have asked for a better place for our special getaway!"

But it was from something mechanical and was there throughout the stay. Bed was comfortable, and the room very clean, but that sound annoying. Self serve breakfast was average. "An unexpected stay of two weeks, and it was great. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast room staff were charming and always welcoming. The service and going the extra mile was truly exceptional. The common areas are elegant and wonderful for catching up on your reading. Some rooms are already remodeled, others upcoming. Ours was older but still clean, comfortable (oh the bed!) and roomy. Definitely on the stay again, and recommend list. "
