"The lot was great and accurately described. However as a first time Vrbo user and loft renter I never received any check in details and I assumed there’d be a check in desk or something like a hotel. It took over 2 hrs of searching circling knocking on surrounding businesses doors only to eventually realize there was a second email sent from the property manager to verify identity before receiving check in instructions. That being said, the kids missed the event we had planned for that evening....

"We stayed here while in town for a concert. The place was great and in an awesome location, we walked home from Lucas Oil since ride shares were impossible. My only complaint is the lack of toilet paper and paper towels. There was one roll for toilet paper for two guests for two nights, and we ran out and there wasn’t any extra rolls anywhere. Additionally, there was an almost empty roll of paper towel in the kitchen, and it would have been nice to have more."
