The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "My elderly mother and I had a good stay at the apartment while visiting my child at Oxford U recently. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops in Summertown, and a bus route to the centre of Oxford. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all one needs. There is no fan in the bathroom, which was a big dark and musty, but otherwise tip-top. Walls in the building are thin, but the neighbours were all quiet so that was no problem. "Small but charming room. Tends to be warm on the rare sunny days, opening the windows helped when there was a breeze. Very nice and courteous housekeeper. Approximately a 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10min to High Street and 25 min to train station. Overall a great stay!"

"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

"Enjoyed our special spot in Oxford. Quiet location just minutes walk from all the must see buildings of the town. The kitchenette was well stocked and allowed us to prepare breakfast, have a coffee before heading out for the day. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you. "
