"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. "Beautiful property in the quiet town of Skoura. We had an upper level room with a terrace and incredible sunset views. Pool area was pleasant. Staff were all very sweet. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Nice place to breakup the long drive from the desert to Marrakech. "

"Shortly after booking this hotel, someone emailed us that the hotel was actually full and no rooms were available. They said that they could put us in another hotel. However, when I looked it up, that hotel looked very primitive and it was also much cheaper (like 4 times less). I told them that I wanted a refund so I could book another hotel. I booked another place but they refused to refund me. Beware!"

"This hotel is amazing. The room and swimming pool were spotless, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. All the staff were welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan, who arranged activities for us and helped us find a supermarket.
