"Seemed like the hostel was filled with locals rather than travellers. Pretty hard to sleep due to street noise and obnoxious exit signs that illuminate the whole room. Ended up leaving early as one guy in the room seemed like he had the plague and was coughing horrendously loud all night. Obviously this isn’t really the hostels problem but I think it sums up the vibe of the place."

"Receptionist ( old aunty ) keep talking to her friend and ignore us when we checking in. Bed sheet and pillow case have cigarette smell , only 3 parking lot there and was away full. Overall experience still ok despite the above mentioned bad experience."

"The staff were so kind, supportive, and professional. I arrived around 10:30 am after a 17 hour flight. Johnston offered to accommodate me without me asking and I was able to get a room and get some well needed rest. The food I ordered was delicious! I had to order it again. It was very clean and safe. I most definitely would stay again!"
