"The house was clean and nice for an older structure. It appears that the surrounding land is used for boat storage or something. Didn’t bother us but was unexpected. The house itself was clean and the property owner didn’t bother us which is super nice. We would stay again! "

In the unit, the kitchen and living room were nice and spacious, as pictured. Most convenience items were supplied. However, we were disappointed with the pervasive mildewy old house smell. "We spent the night after arriving in Providence after a late flight. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a nice alternative to a hotel. "

"Super clean with everything you’d need as a home base in Newport. Walkable to everything but out of the way enough that you aren’t overrun by tourists. Pet friendly with dog bowls and biscuits - would stay again and bring my pup next time! "

"I arrived and was able to get into the property with the code provided even though someone was living in the property already. Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled."
