"What a beautiful spot! we had a sea view in a lovely room, couldn’t fault it. Meal in the restaurant was really good although one of our party had to wait a while for a desert. Breakfast was excellent, let down a little by one of our party being forgotten, had to find a staff member to rectify the issue - wasn’t because of workload as we witnessed three of the same breakfasts delivered before us. "Nice sea view from sea-facing rooms. There was scaffolding, which obscured the view of some of the inland-facing rooms. Pool / sauna are great. Pool has a shallow area sectioned off for kids. There's a small gym too. Many car park spaces were infinged by excess vegetation or skip. A couple of spaces not really accessible due to the center of a 'mini roundabout'. Two EV chargers available via some app (didn't use them)."

"We had a lovely stay in a standard double room with sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was lovely to swim in on a fairly cool April day, and the rest of the spa was great too. Breakfast was excellent - a very wide range of options including freshly cooked full Cornish. "We had a lovely stay in a standard double room with sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was lovely to swim in on a fairly cool April day, and the rest of the spa was great too. Breakfast was excellent - a very wide range of options including freshly cooked full Cornish. The coffee was rather weak, that's personal taste and the only thing I wouldn't have again. We loved the location. We wandered to Carlyon Bay, and along the coastal path - Charlestown harbour is only 15-20 minute walk to the west. Such a beautiful place for a night away. Very convenient for the Eden Project. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly, polite and attentive. "
