"Great stay, clean, comfortable, good location and dishes provided. Reception staff were great, especially Lily who gave us plenty of local recommendations."

"Owner should get new cleaners. House smelled like dog urine. Bathroom smelled like human urine. Had to clean floors and bathroom…lots of dirt…not sure the last time floors were I’m mopped. Dog hair on sheets. Beds were not comfortable so be prepared. Parking is a challenge. One paid parking spot in front ($36/day). Can park super close to house for 2nd spot. Owner not very responsive. Had to constantly message for arrival info and didn’t get it until 10 mins after checkin time. No instructions...

"This little cottage was perfect for viewing “my” absolutely favorite place in the world…Cape Neddick Lighthouse- or as we know it, Nubble Light. Cottage had plenty of room for my husband and with another couple would still be spacious. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We always enjoy off season visits to York…little traffic and fewer people. 😁 Thanks to Phyllis and her quick communication. "

"The home is quaint and exactly as described. It’s located right between Perkins cove and ogunquit. Both very walkable. We enjoyed shopping and eating at local haunts. Love the marginal way as well! Hosts were very accessible and helpful 😬"

"We had a great time on our recent stay here. short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. This home was fully stocked with all the amenities and truly felt like our home away from home. Check in/out was seamless and there was great communication the the host. If we ever plan to travel to the area again, we would definately stay here once more. "
