"The property was amazing. However an 11pm fire sent everyone out in the snow. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. 11pm in Anchorage weather is not very pleasent, especially when you were in bed "

"Very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were actually fluffy. Showerhead was high enough to easily accommodate up to 6'4". Range top, microwave and full size fridge were clean. Only negative is there isnt an ice machine with already made ice. You have to turn thevice machine on in the freezer which takes an hour plus to make ice. Centrally located in Anchorage so you can quickly get to where ever you are heading. "

"The staff was some of the friendliest that I encountered while traveling in Alaska. The hotel did not have an elevator, so I opted for a room on the first floor. The airport shuttle was very timely and efficient."

"Definitely liked the breakfast. There was a different main ish every morning. The little bar area was a nice touch. There was a night or two that we went down for a cocktail while we waited for our Uber to arrive. The only two real complaints that I had were that no one informed us that there were no housekeeping services until the day we checked out when I asked about them. That is when the staff told me they were short handed and housekeeping is by request only. No problem. Would have just...
