"This is a charming little cabin in a very quiet location even though it's only a block or so off the highway south of Newport. It's clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable for two people. We really liked the deck with the view of the ocean around and through the neighbor's house (lots of windows) between the cabin and the beach. "I booked this stay just to have a few days to myself to destress a bit. The house was great — clean, had everything I needed and was comfortable— and the view was spectacular! I did discover that I didn’t have cell service there, but perhaps that’s not such a bad thing when you’re trying to escape for a few days! (WiFi was fine.) Would definitely recommend."

"Needs more signage. We turned into the first place our GPS told us to and we were horrified at what we saw. We hoped that wasn’t it. We drove to the next drive way which did not show the address on the sign and found the house. Cell service was sketchy. Other than that it was a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. "The kids lives all the fun places to explore in the house. The view from most of rye bedrooms was pretty and could hear the ocean. It is not oceanfront by my standards. No walking to the beach anywhere. "
