"This home is extremely comfortable and welcoming! We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, snacks for our kids sport tournament, and a personal welcome sign. The space was exactly as pictured and host was fantastic!"

"We stayed with a group of family members (adults, kids and infants). We loved that the property is private and gated. Also, so many rooms allowed for each family to have some privacy. There were minor issues with the property. The showers were a tad problematic and drained slowly and handles were really tough to move. The front door electronic pad only worked occasionally which caused issues with the group being able to get in and out. The floors definitely needed mopping but these were minor...

"We had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10. Lots of space plenty of washrooms, great kitchen space. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Good access to San Diego and all the attractions were 25 minutes away. "

"The house is located on a busy street and in an older neighborhood. Only 1 thermostat so it’s hard to keep upstairs and downstairs both at a comfortable temperature. Basically a nice home but older with a small kitchen and living space.. checking in was perfect, manager was great, back yard was wonderful so overall a 4 star home in my opinion .. "

"This was our first time to IB. The location was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, and the BEACH! The garage being stocked with beach items was an absolute plus! Our host graciously provided restaurant recommendations- and YES, Tacos El Gordo is an absolute must. All in all it was a great experience and look forward to more adventures in the area. "
