"Understanding that we were an elderly couple. We were surprised by the modern aspect of the hotel. But we loved it. Great staff. Great food. We were there for a special celebration. Our family appreciated the care of us by the staff. The valet staff were great when we encountered heavyy rain. We were going to qpac for a performance. We loved the hotel, particularly the staff. Our room was wonderful. Thank you. "

"The suite room we had was well equipped for a stay- spacious, reasonable view towards Brisbane CBD, smart bathroom, lots of cupboards and drawers, mini kitchen facility and very comfortable bed. However, I would mention that the pillows and bedding sheeting were poor condition. Pillows slumped in the middle and sheeting too short. Overall, a good facility."

"The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Walkable distance to South Bank parklands and dining and entertainment options. Room would benefit from renovations - seemed pretty worn out, sound from the next room carried so we could hear other guest talking on phone/watching tv and having shower quite clearly. Overall staff and location compensated any inconvenience during the short stay."
