"We had a very comfortable stay here, with a clean and spacious room. The saunas are great along with a nice relaxation area. We dined in the hotel as the weather was bad outside with snow and ice. "At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day)....
