"We loved the house. Everything inside was high quality. We loved the inside pool, the enormous dining table and the view with the Mont Saint Michel far away. The only little minus was the location « near » a high way (which we heard sometime). But nothing terrible."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, es lief alles unkompliziert und gut. Wichtig ist tatsächlich zu wissen daß das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten im ersten Stock das Durchgangszimmer zu dem Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zum Strand ist wunderbar. "

"If you want to stay at a cute house in a great location then this is home is perfect. It was been updated throughout and had everything you could want to cook a meal. It was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for my family of 5. Walking distance to the beach and conveniently located across the road from the market. "Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."

"We really like this gite. Peaceful location, perfect for relaxation and local area is pretty with lots of nice villages and scenic drives. The weather is unpredictable, so an upgrade to the indoor seating would be nice for more comfort on rainy days. Overall, it's great!"

Hidden Gem!

"What a wonderful place! We are a family of four and were worried that our two boys would run out of things to do but they loved it! The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. The house is perfectly located 1hr from Caen, 20 minutes from Vire and an easy drive to the D day beaches. There is a beautiful lake near by which has pedalos and canoes for hire and for adrenaline junkies there is the Normandie Luge and Aqueduct nr by where you can bungie or fly through the air on a 2km zip line trail. Close to large supermarkets but also a little shop 5mins away in the local village. The house if beautifully kitted out with everything you would need. The only thing I would change was a more comfortable sofa to watch tv in the evenings Thank you Marc for letting us stay in your beautiful home. "

Good hotel, good walking.

"Great setting of the hotel, upon arrival we were given an upgrade of our room. Nice and very large on the ground floor. A somewhat dated room but nevertheless clean and lovely. Parking was easy and on the large grounds. A quiet area. For dinner we decided to walk into town a walk of about 25 minutes. To begin with it was downhill and then levelled out and then up the hill towards the church. We are older citizens and the walk was no major challenge more a lovely walk. The town has many choices for dinner and is a nice place to walk around. Overall the hotel was a very good choice. Breakfast was a nice affair."
