"We enjoyed a week in this delightful house - close to amenities, woods and sea. The house was well equiped, very clean and the hosts - M and Mme Lebeau - exceedingly charming. We did pick a bad week for weather, but found pleasure in the bracing beach walks and Noirmoutier's special iodine-rich sea air! "Only speaking minimal French it was difficult communicating with the manager, as she spoke no English. Likewise the information for the house was only in French. There was 13 of us and just had enough room to all eat together, but it was a squeeze. Also the oven and fridge are small for large group. Lovely big garden but uneven making it hard for the kids to play and run around. With all the space a swimming pool would have been good/useful as a little drive from any beach. The house was clean...

"Ein genial durchdachtes Haus mit Klimaanlage, auch mit 12 Kindern zwischen 0 und 15 und 10 Erwachsenen hatten alle immer genug Platz. Pool mit angenehmen Salzwasser, auch für Kinder geeignet, die nicht schwimmen können. Bequeme Betten exzellent ausgestattete Küche, Außengrill mit Plancha Genügend Platz vor dem Haus um 6-7 Autos zu parken. Nette Betreuung. Meer und Strand, sowie Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir wären gerne noch länger als 2 Wochen geblieben! . Auch"

"Schöne Außenterrasse, Hühnerstall direkt auf dem Grundstück (wir bekamen mehrfach Eier vor die Tür gestellt, auch Konfitüre und Kuchen/Brioche), viel Platz für das Auto zum Parken auf dem Grundstück, schöner Fußweg zum Strand oder in die Stadt. "

"The suite is very comfortable. Front & back entrances make for good access to your car and of course to the beach. One negative aspect was the need to rent bed linens & towels for a hefty fee which we were informed of only after the deadline to be able to cancel. Also there is an expensive housekeeping fee imposed unless you do the cleaning yourself."

"We had a great stay and loved being close to the beach - dog owners should note that during the summer months dogs are only allowed on the local beach in the morning, however there is a great beach at Sauveterre The cottage is comfortable and clean with plenty of space for a family. If travelling from England, bring pillows, bedding and towels! There's plenty to do in the local area and the cottage is well equipped with bikes etc"

"Maison neuve, parfaitement propre, équipement parfait. La route est quelque peu bruyante dans la journée ( mais pas franchement gênante), par contre le soir et la nuit, vraiment très calme. Mer à 700 mètres. Conciergerie extrêmement serviable qui s'est adaptée, on ne peut plus gentiment à nos horaires. Accueil agréable. Très bonnes infos concernant notre futur séjour reçues de Séverine avant notre arrivée. Si toutes les locations de vacances pouvaient avoir cette qualité....."
