"Our party of 12 of all ages had a great break in this fantastic property. The layout worked superbly for 4 different families yet allowed us to come together for large meals together. The secure pool area was especially good for the grandkids. The property is close enough to the beach yet set in quiet countryside, so there is something for everyone. "High quality accommodation recently renovated to a very high standard. Very private and delightful garden space. Calm , quiet location. Everything was provided to ensure a memorable experience. The VRBo listing is slightly misleading as there is no internet connection at the property however this did not spoil our holiday as we had alternative provision with our home internet provider. We would thoroughly recommend this property to discerning clients."

"What a fantastic house, in a beautiful part of France. Spacious bedrooms, and a lovely modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed, even a Senseo coffee maker. The house stayed cool even when it was getting warmer outside, although the garden with it's plunge pool got the sun all day long. We took our own folding loungers, although there are a couple of deck chairs. Excellent hosts to communicate with, and Adeline and Vincent provided loads of helpful information. "We enjoyed a week in this delightful house - close to amenities, woods and sea. The house was well equiped, very clean and the hosts - M and Mme Lebeau - exceedingly charming. We did pick a bad week for weather, but found pleasure in the bracing beach walks and Noirmoutier's special iodine-rich sea air! "Only speaking minimal French it was difficult communicating with the manager, as she spoke no English. Likewise the information for the house was only in French. There was 13 of us and just had enough room to all eat together, but it was a squeeze. Also the oven and fridge are small for large group. Lovely big garden but uneven making it hard for the kids to play and run around. With all the space a swimming pool would have been good/useful as a little drive from any beach. "Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est bien située pas très loin de plusieurs plages et des commerces même s'il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture avec des enfants en bas âge. Quelques petits points négatifs: il faut passer dans la dernière chambre pour se rendre aux toilettes ce qui est gênant lorsque nous sommes deux couples. Les equipements de la cuisine sont un peu archaïques. Cour assez étroite difficile de manœuvrer avec une grosse voiture."
