Unfortunately for the owners, there are building works in the area that mean that full use of the house is restricted. "The property and the arrangements met our needs for most of the time. On our last day, however the arrangements for leaving were unsatisfactory. We were expecting to clear and leave by 1130 ( as stated in contract) but on the morning we had a call from the local agent to say that we would need to leave at 0930. This caused much hurry and anxiety. The local agent was not helpful or pleasant."
