"Had a party of friends for my 40th birthday on opener weekend. Was very happy with the house and how it was set up. Beds were awesome! Lots of stuff available to use. Make sure you bring plastic ware as there is no utensils to eat with. Beautiful house!"

"The Little Lodge is exactly as was pictured. Kitchen was stocked with every tool we needed, and the bed was so comfortable it made sleeping in a breeze. I loved having my morning coffee on the back deck looking out at the lake, enjoying the many different birds. It's a very easy drive from Virginia or Babbit, and getting to Ely is also super easy and quick. I work a high pressure job, and have a hard time relaxing, but this place was wonderful. We used the boat and spent a day in the sun on the lake. Everything was set up to make our stay easy. I definitely plan on coming back. Thank you Mitch!!"

"We spent 4 nights and loved the location and entire experience. The cabin is just down the road from Wintergreen dog mushing and near White Iron Lake. There are beautiful trails to explore near the cabin and it's a short drive into downtown Ely. We enjoyed the thoughtful set up of the cabin and appreciated everything on one level. It was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating .We had a lovely stay. "
