I did have a concern and it was addressed and eliminated immediately by their front desk employees and onsite Manager, Maria. She is professional and very knowledgable of the hospitality Industry and applies it to every guest like extending my checkout time! I felt like I was home! Room service was fast, delicious, and the food was excellent! Definitely will RETURN as soon as I can!"
