"The estate is beautiful. It is close proximity to the town and the grounds are well maintained. The property manager was very professional and easy to contact. However, the air conditioning in the house is extremely poor. We were unable to sleep in 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The property manager contacted the owner on several occasions, but it was clear the owner had no intention of performing repairs. "Our large group utilized the entire villa. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. The villa is in a quiet area. A little walk down the street for waterside restaurants or pastries and coffee in the morning. And the walk up the street, it is easier than it looks, to the Seiano station makes it easy to get to Sorrento. "Location is wonderful and there were fresh flowers, fruits, drinks, bread, fresh cheese left for us, which was lovely. The two bedrooms upstairs are great but the first floor bedroom and bathroom leave to be desired. The shower is moldy and rusted and the bedroom looks like a prison cell and does not match the rest of the house. Also we travelled in October and the house was very cold; no heat on main floor.
