"My 3 night stay at Carlton Buda Castle was simply amazing. The staff were professional, helpful and available even during my 3:15am late check-in. "A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Pest district. Service throughout our stay was impeccable with one tiny exception in the hotel bar where we got overcharged for two drinks (12,660HUF for an eggnog and Irish coffee). All staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was stunning. A better selection of TV channels in rooms would be helpful as very little choice of viewing in English. "

"The Mystery Hotel was lovely, staff were polite and attentive. The room was a beautiful maisonette style, however the room temperature setting was too hot. This needs to be left to the room occupier to decide, not the hotel staff. The breakfast was well displayed and tasty. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others in the future."
