"It is very good hotel, exellent for the price. Beautiful view from the balcony, walkable distance to Orta San Julio, 40 min drive to Lago Maggiori. The room was clean and big, the restaurant is very good. I only should mention that in our room the Internet connection was very weak."

"Perfect location, stayed in a suite, enough room for 5 people, very clean, swimming pool great, great bar/restaurant and very reasonable prices and food was delicious! You do need a car to get about. Air conditioning not great, WiFi bit weak, and not so great mosquitos! "

"Great place to mix with the locals. Received excellent info on "off the beaten path" places to go. This is a basic overnight stay and good value. Breakfast was adequate. The adjoining restaurant was excellent and one of the best of our two weeks in Italy."

"Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. "Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking spots in general, let alone for vacationers. Perfect for a one night layover

"Just far enough from the airport to be quiet yet close enough for quick access via the hotel's free shuttle. Nestled in a cute little town, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were simple but great for a night. The Crazy Pub down the street was fun and inviting before we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel. Highly recommend!"
