"My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume. We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay along with the organized instructions and recommendations during our visit. The home was beautiful and modern as described. "Unfortunately there were a lot of aspects of booking and staying at this property that were unprofessional and uncomfortable. The only person who spoke to us was the host’s husband, and he never gave us his name, even in person. We never saw or spoke to Madeleine. They didn’t respond to messages in the app. Madeleine’s husband asked us to cancel on our end 2 days before the reservation began. His rationale was that there was an ant infestation but that they were harmless so if we didn’t want...

"Though this may be a little out of the way, this is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located by the bus stop. It has a full kitchen and space that would meet your needs. Our host were fantastic, Mireille and Raphael were awesome host. I highly recommend staying at their place"
