"It was clean and staff were very nice to me. I can understand if a foreigner arrives and feels entitled, I get a sense they may not have the same great experience I had. The lock to the hotel door is not complicated if you listen to the instructions carefully. I read a comment that someone kept having troubles but I now see it was likely the fault of the guest for not listening because it’s an unusual but very safe door lock. Loved the free water.
