"Exceptional staff "

"This is a beautiful resort! It’s on a steep property and not always easy to get a transport around the property. Many golf carts, but not always operating them efficiently. If buying soda, stick to the Pepsi at 35 baht vs. the Coca Cola at 110 baht. 😳 All in all amazing property and nice staff. "

"I recently stayed at Mare Rim Grace and had a fantastic experience. The property is in excellent condition and offers very comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast each morning, which was fresh and delicious. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Pen, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. All the staff were warm and attentive. There’s also a great restaurant just a short walk away, making dining out easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-catered stay."

"Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."

"Staff was friendly.The room was comfortable and spacious, with a medium sized private balcony. Location was convenient for my needs at the time (next to a friend's place). On a major roadway but outside of main town. Building showed some signs of wear (like cracked tiles and worn corners), but nothing that mattered. Everything worked, including the wifi, cable TV, hot shower/bathtub."

"It was great, except that you need to be considerate of elderly family members traveling with you. This place is a three storey high building. Wish there were more rooms and beds on the ground floor. There was also one tv, which we had to share. Otherwise, all is good. "
