They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. Certain areas of the home were also unclean. The owners of this home are not necessarily helpful. If you have children under 4 traveling with you here please do not risk coming to this location. My 2 yr old almost fell down the stairs twice and after speaking to the owner of the home they refused to give...

After check-in, I sent them another message stating that due to the lack (or no communication), I would not be showing up for my reservation and to cancel or to minimize my days to the minimum (from 6 nights), and nothing happened."

"We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "
