"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. "Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched. "It’s a good place to stay solo or with family. I had an issue with the WiFi at the apartment, but they managed to provide it by other means. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Brussels."

Terrific

"It was really nice. Simple, very clean, close to public transport and city centre. There is a guest kitchen and dining area where you can store and heat up food as well as access hot water. It is kept nice and clean and tidy. There is also a selection of games and books and a ping pong table. Excellent for staying with kids and when the weather is not so pleasant. It can be noisy at night unfortunately. Check in and out process was completely computerized and very user friendly "

Beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel!

"This the most modern, beautifully designed and and artistic hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, in the center of town, next to a train station. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Restaurants, gym and pool are amazing, as well as the customer service. If you love modern art, you will love this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing check in service and friendly and amazing staff, they were so keen to help and go out of their way to make us welcome despite being from England. I loved the vibe and the area was fantastic. The ease of check in and out was brilliant and the breakfast was fine. The only concern I had was that the air conditioning was only allowed to be set at hot and I feel sick when a room is warm so I couldn’t cool it down using the air conditioning meaning I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Please Europe consider asking guests on check in whether they’ll require cool air rather than being set at the European temperature (warm) Otherwise an amazing stay and I will definitely be back! "
