"Hotel is about 2 miles from the Hanoi Airport and after travelling for 20 hours and getting in at midnight i wanted to have a nights rest before going into the city. Upon arrival my niece realized she left one of her bags, with her medication, in the taxi. The owner of the hotel tracked down the cab company, found out the driver went to bed (it was now 1:30 in the morning. took about 2 hours on google translate to accomplish this. In the morning he woke us at 8:15am. He located the driver, called him and put my niece on his motor scooter and drove him to the taxi guys' house and got her bag. that was the first day of our trip. He is wonderful. went above and beyond and later we found out that he actually owns this little hotel. It was convenient, not the best area, very close to the airport. "

"Our family of 4 (with boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for just one night (as I imagine most people will) because we had an early morning departure from the airport. This hotel did not disappoint even for a brief stay! The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel and thought the food was delicious. Even though the water was a little cool, our boys enjoyed the pool - and what we all thought was really fun and interesting was watching the planes take off and land from the airport a very short distance away. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe and walkable, although there didn't seem to be too many services nearby (just a few shops and restaurants). The hotel arranged an inexpensive shuttle to the airport for us early in the morning. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"Very close to the airport and though they can arrange their own taxi for pick up and drop off if you need, I was easily able to book a Grab taxi for myself from the airport to the hotel. My room was super clean and spacious. There were no issues with hot water. My room rate also included a simple but freshly made breakfast which was great! There is not much at the walking distance around the hotel but grab taxis are easily available to go anywhere you need. In short, if you need a comfortable and clean place to sleep/transit near the airport, you can rely on this hotel. "

"2번째 여기 자는건데 직원들 신속하고 친절합니다. 늦게가도 체크인 신속하게 잘 처리해줍니다. 잠자리는 뭐 고급은 아니고 저렴한 가격에 잠만 자고 갈만은 합니다. 공항 근처라서 약간 소음이 있긴한데 그래도 잠은 크게 방해받지 않았습니다."
