"Our family enjoyed 7-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. Front desk manager Andy was super nice, helpful and informative, recommended lots of good restaurants and site-seeing places. Head Chief Emily and Restaurant manager Sunny were very caring, and looked after all our needs; restaurant intern Mary and Javis were working very hard and always with smiles. House keeping Yuanyuan Liang did great job in cleaning our rooms. We appreciate all their care and attention. We would return to The Ritz-Carlton Harbin for our next Harbin visit. "

"Lovely stay. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The breakfast was great, all staff at the restaurant made their best to serve us. Definitely recommend it"

"Not helpful when complaints about toilet's flushing not working called front desk but was told too late no one able to attend the issues. Not comfortable to stay in this hotel as bed is so hard and showering water not flowing very little."
