The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full. Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from not being open for long. "
