"We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best...

"I stayed at the Continent Hotel Da Nang for 2 nights. There is 15 mins walking distance to the beach and 15 mins walking to the Vitcom Plaza. The staff is helpful. I ask the front desk staff to order the Taco Ngon (A well-known restaurant). On the other hand, the wall is thin. I can hear the voices from the next room at the night. It affects my sleepiness a lot. I cannot sleep well."

When I called hotels.com they told me they had to verify with the hotel that this happen. they wanted me to confront the hotel and after an hour on hold with hotels.com they hung up on me and then when I talked to the staff and told them. they end up checking the cameras and told me they would send me the clip and refund me, but they only refunded me half as i wanted a refund for the whole stay as i don't want to pay for my stuff to...

"Good sized room. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Across the road from the beach. Bathroom and floors were flithy, it was disgusting. Asked if they shower could be cleaned but wasn't done."
