Villa Alzina is a fantastic property to enjoy the best holidays in Majorca and to disconnect, located in Son Servera, just 8 minutes drive from Cala Bona and the paradisiacal beaches and coves of the east of the island.

On the outside we will find a nice garden with an ideal pool to swim and cool off and a porch where under which we can enjoy a nice reading at sunset in their chairs and sofas, or a nice dinner enjoying the breeze. In Alzina we can lie down in the hammocks and sunbathe placidly, or simply accommodate us in its different spaces in the shade and we can also enjoy the upper terrace where we can also sunbathe or have dinner.
The garden also has an ideal grill to prepare the best barbecues.

Once inside the house we will find a large living room with sofas and TV space and a dining space. We will also find a large kitchen fully equipped with the best appliances and utensils to prepare our best dishes.
The house has 4 bathrooms in total with shower and toilet, one of them exterior and one of them equipped with a bathtub.

In Alzina you can accommodate up to 9 people in its six bedrooms, all of them equipped with heating. It has two bedrooms that have a double bed, another two with two single beds each and the last two equipped with a single bed.

Fab family stay
We enjoyed a great week at the villa! The kitchen has great facilities although the fridge handle was broken. The only thing that let it down for us was the lack of air conditioning. The fans provided were old and very dusty and didn't give the best support during a hot August. The villa has beautiful grounds and pool. Only a 15 minute walk to aldi and nearby beach and shops. Very peaceful.

Truly stunning villa, with gorgeous views and everything you could want or need! Amazing location perfect walking distance and the pool is gorgeous! Would definitely stay again and I recommend to all.

Cala Millor 2019
Wir waren 10 Tage in der schönen Finca Alzina. Die Finca war sehr sauber, die Zimmer, der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind wie auf den Bildern. Zum Strand nach Cala Millor geht man nur die Straße runter und ist in ca. 15 Minuten dort. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und einen ebenso großen Gefrierschrank, beides Top. Leider ist die Ausstattung wenn man kochen möchte nicht so toll. Die Finca ist für 9 Personen, aber die Töpfe sind allerhöchstens für 4 Personen und es gibt leider nichts zum umrühren oder zum verquirlen. Kleine Löffel sind auch nur 4 o. 5 vorhanden. Gläser, Geschirrtücher und eine neue Kaffeemaschine (die alte ging gleich am ersten Tag kaputt) wurden auf Nachfrage allerdings sofort gebracht. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen, modernen und gepflegten Finca,
