"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. "Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!"

It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig, schade dass die Dachterrasse nicht genutzt werden kann und nach wie vor Liegestühle fehlen. Da die Nächte im Herbst teilweise schon kühl werden können, wären Decken auf den Betten hilfreich (Laken und dünne Tagesdecken vorhanden ). "Unsere Anreise wurde leider auf sehr früh morgens verschoben, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Aber uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir ab 12:00 Uhr das Haus beziehen, bzw. schonmal unserer Koffer abstellen können. Wir haben dann übermüdet und bei Hitze vor dem Haus gewartet ... mehrfach haben wir telefoniert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir die Tür öffnen können, da sie nicht abgeschlossen sei ... leider war sie aber doch abgeschlossen und bis uns das geglaubt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter kam um...

"Comfy beds, nice balconies, very quick walk to the beach. All of the staff, but esp housekeeping staff, were kind and friendly. I didn’t realize it’s street parking only. We were able to find a spot relatively close even though it was in August. Very hot and stuffy in the gym so just worked out on the balcony with my resistance bands. "

"We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island! "
