"Here’s text I sent— Hey Reina, I was gonna wait til we left to tell you about our issues with your place and our stay here but I don’t see any reason to wait. There’s quite a few things we are unhappy with: the sleeping situation is probably the most horrible we’ve dealt with in a very long time. The pullout bed is a mess. It’s slanted downward at the head, Of course it’s a pullout so super uncomfortable but this one is old and clearly worn out. And there’s light coming in through the windows...

"We flew into town for a family event and chose to find a place for us to retreat to rather than stay with family, and to make our travels a little bit of a vacation than just a family visit. We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the marina outlet to the ocean was great. Up early for coffee to sit and enjoy the quiet morning or a short walk up the street to search for sand dollars at Silver Strand beach. The sea lions were a hit too! "Property is very clean. Kitchen has every appliance. Giant bathroom. Fantastic pools, weight room, even pool table and arcade games. Very short drive to downtown and otherwise a very convenient and safe location. Easily the best property I have stayed at."

"A quick 2 nighter to catch a concert at the Libbey Bowl. Good location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Comfy digs for two. Pleasant water fountains in the courtyard to soothe you to sleep. Very responsive host. Check it out!"

"Good location. We walked to Saturday farmers market. Visited Sara Cruz island and watched rocket launch from Grants Park. Private parking spot was very helpful. Good amount of space for myself &11 year old grandson. Used washer & dryer easily. Make sure you have quarters. Neighbors in above unit kind of noisy. All & all a good spot."

"Lovely space with full kitchen, dining and bath and a comfy full size bed. My only complaint is that due to the weather the space was very cold throughout. The one room heater provided in the front room is not sufficient. I had to turn on the oven and open the door to keep the chill out then turn it off once I went to bed. A recommendation: Maybe the owner can provide another heating source for the other part of the space. Aside from that, I do plan to come back."
