"Our stay was most enjoyable. The home had all the charm of the original historic houses built in that error but with all the right updating -- new HVAC and bathroom fixtures etc. The beds and linens were super cozy and you could tell a lot of thought went into that area which to me in a stay away from your own bed is most important. Convenience to campus does not get any better unless you are staying on campus - very convenient. We will stay here again for sure."

"The location and amenities worked out great for us. College Station weather with rain tried to dampen the stay. The outdoor covered patio was large and worked out great for our get together."

"This property is all about location. We went to an Aggie basketball game. Easy walk to Reed. House is older but remodeled. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. If you are doing anything on campus and need a close place, I’d highly recommend. "

"The house was cute and very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed evenings on the front porch. It would've been nice to have screens on the windows. The weather was perfect and we couldn't open up because the bugs would come. Also the tub is just for show. It would have been awesome if it had been plumbed and usable."

"Loved this rental for our long Easter weekend visiting our Aggie! It was so nice to be able to relax, prepare our own meals in the well-appointed kitchen and spend family time altogether. Big brother had reliable wifi with which to study (and the bandwidth supported the rest of our devices). The outdoor space in the backyard was a great bonus for some nice family pictures and the serious egg hunt our teens still expect! Will definitely rent here again."

"The place was perfect for our family. Plenty of living area and was nice to have the garage area for us and the girls to play some ping pong.The back door lock was not working. I think it needs some adjusting for the dead bolt to work easier.We had a great stay."
