"I was traveling to College Station for a wedding and booked this cottage for my stay. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Even though you were in town, it didn’t feel like it. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The cottage had the cutest decor and was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend and book again 😊"

"The place was great. Nicely updated & decorated. The game room was spacious too, although we did not use it. There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The host was responsive with a couple of items needed. Be sure to let the host know if you plan on having guests over. There were some rules regarding that on the fridge that we didn’t expect. "

"This property was clean but definitely had wear and tear! Neighborhood was very quiet for middle of college town. Management had good communication until I requested the code for door and specific address. They must have issues with people showing up early. I received a message asking me to reach out to them for the code, I did. 4 hours later they sent the code to me, which happened to be after 4pm which was checkin. "

"Our stay was most enjoyable. The home had all the charm of the original historic houses built in that error but with all the right updating -- new HVAC and bathroom fixtures etc. The beds and linens were super cozy and you could tell a lot of thought went into that area which to me in a stay away from your own bed is most important. Convenience to campus does not get any better unless you are staying on campus - very convenient. We will stay here again for sure."
