"We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance. Located directly at the turnpike interchange and a great value for the cost. "

"We greatly enjoyed this cozy, open house. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of everything. Location was convenient to skiing, but those of us who hung out at the house enjoyed ourselves too. The host was friendly and responsive and the property was clean. "

"We had a great time at Blue Mountain Retreat. Lisa was a wonderful host and communication. was clear and helpful for an easy check in/check out of the house. The house was so cute and perfect for our group of 6 for a weekend away. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day at the mountain. Definitely recommend!"
