Luxurious custom-built ski in/ski out home right on the mountain in Hidden Valley – a four-season resort located in the gorgeous Laurel Mountains. This is the perfect destination for family festivities, getaways, retreats, and wedding parties/families. Just nearby to the house are lots of wonderful activities to explore including (family fun park, a pool, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, a large lake, and walking trail)

First floor: 1 Master bedroom suite with a king bed, large closets and an on-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in rain shower, separate toilet and double bowl sinks

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with double queen beds & 2 bedrooms with double full size bunk beds, and 2 full bathrooms

Lower-level game room: 1 couch containing queen size bed + 1 full bathroom.

lower level/game room includes a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Ping pong table and fireplace. The Ski Room can be used to gear up for the hot tub or skiing!

Very nice house, plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the big game room downstairs and the hot tub. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great view and a very nice home.

My family (a total of 12 - ages from 10-70y/o) goes on an annual ski trip and we were fortunate enough to find this gem. The house was huge, location was great (right on the slopes) and the price was right. The hot tub was large and stayed hot the entire trip (usually that is not the case when we go away). Check-in, communication, and check-out was excellent. We had zero issues and will stay there again. By far one of the best places we have stayed. Thanks Again!

Clean and plenty of room for our party of 10 for a girls weekend. The nieces enjoyed the hot tub and noted how clean it was. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. All in all a fun weekend.

Had a great stay at this roomy, well decorated comfortable home! The beds were cozy, the kitchen was so well stocked…even 2 coffee makers! Our group had a great time - love the deck and privacy! The icemaker would not work but we were well prepared with coolers. Would absolutely love to visit again!

Three families from across the US got together to stay here for my sons wedding near by. The house was everything we had expected.The kids really enjoyed the game room area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very helpful and responded in timely manner. We had a great trip.

Best ski house for large group
This property is perfect for a large group. The size of the beds, the large gathering spaces, the game room downstairs all make this property perfect. AND the best part was the ski in/ski out capabilities with Hidden Valley. Our group finally had skiers advanced enough to go right out onto the black diamond hill right on the property which made for a very convenient time skiing.

Spacious lodging that's perfect for large groups.
Our family of 14 had a great experience staying here. The size of the house was perfect and the many bathrooms were a real plus! We enjoyed the lovely deck and the game room. The grounds around the house needed care. The hot tub was in need of a shock treatment when we arrived, but was fine after that. We would definitely rent again!

This was an amazingly well equipped house for a group of friends who love to cook, ski, and play! We were sad about the fireplaces but appreciated the owner letting us know in advance! Would recommend highly to anyone!!

Very nice house
Took a couple tries to get check-in info. Lots of stairs in house, including annoying 3 steps to living room from anywhere. Those are my only negative comments! Very nice house in very good condition (and we've stayed at many VRBO properties; this was among the best) and clean. Even the pool and ping pong tables were in good shape (unlike many places). Good wifi. Easy check-out process.

Beautiful home
We had 20 people. Plenty of room. The home was maticulously clean. Have everything kitchen needed.....except couldn't find toaster. Grill on deck. The pool is very nice. BYOB and snacks to the pool. It is a drive to get there. Home is on a black diamond slope. Steep drive to get to it.

Great house! Needs better housekeeping.
Our stay was awesome, with the exception of the linen situation. Two of the bedrooms sheets had obviously not been laundered since the last renters. I spoke with the property manager about it and just tossed the sheets in the wash. The location was great, the pool and the playground at the HOA was A++ for the kiddos. Beautiful deck, plenty of privacy, plenty of room for a big group! We would stay there again.

Perfect place
It was the perfect place for my husbands 40th birthday! He loves the outdoors and snowboarding. Unfortunately not enough snow to board but he loved it!! Would definitely stay again! With that being said. We did have to do some cleaning of our own. The sweeper was not ran leaves, crumbs and dirt on the carpet. countertops were dirty and had some food stuck on the counters. Smelled like someone just made dinner when we walked in. And the floors were not clean. With this being said it would not deter me from staying again.

2023 Golf Trip
We had 10 friends come from Ohio, PA, Ba, and NC to spend three days golfing, eating, drinking, and laughing. The house was more than accommodating for space. Was able to fit 9 large SUVs in the driveway. Kitchen nice for cooking our meals. Giant TV was great for watching goofy movies since it rained most afternoons/evenings. (After golf though). So we didn’t get to hang on the outside huge deck. I’d recommend a cover for the outside furniture. Pros. Location Size Cons Only one fridge Ice maker did not work (we just purchased bags) Bed linens were flannel and thus warm and rough Some of the towels looked dirty with stains. No large blender. Recommend- yes, but I’d bring own linens and towels

Big Place
We had a wonderful time with family at this HUGE house. There were plenty of rooms for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of bathrooms, towels, blankets, beds, hot tub space, chairs, couches, SPACE. The only downside was that it didn't feel homey. There were no extras. We even had to request that they bring us pool sticks because they were not left out for us. There were no board games or things for the kids to do. They were lacking kid-friendly plates, cups, etc. There are stairs EVERYWHERE which was not ideal for the crawling baby and my mother with a bad knee. You had to go up steps to get to the bathroom from the main living space. You had to go up steps to get to the kitchen from the main living space. You had to go up steps to get to any of the bedrooms from the main living space. The outdoor area was not well kept. There were cigarette butts and beer cans and even broken glass by the fire pit and surrounding woods. The owner had offered to come pick up the broken glass, but we had already done it to keep the kids safe. The owner was very responsive and said they could not have board games etc. due to Covid. The place was pretty clean. The carpet and dishes could have been cleaner. The carpet was stained in the living room. There were quite a few dishes that we had to take right from the cupboard and put in the dishwasher. This seems like a great Party house for a large group of people. It just wasn't the homey feel we were expecting for our family of 6 adults and 4 small children. There is no welcome book or guest book. There are only a few written instructions on the wall in the vestibule.

The house itself was gorgeous and made it very easy to entertain many guests. The property mananger took care of an issue we had within minutes of arriving. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
