"My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel because of the price. We needed an affordable option near Duluth for our Anniversary for 2 nights. Everything was amazing!!! The front desk staff (Mary) and all the others are genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Nothing broken. No paint chipping. The room appeared to be newly renovated and it's beautiful. Comfortable bed and awesome pillows and linens. Water temp and pressure were top notch. The hotel is easy to access. It's very quiet and relaxing. It's in a great location and close to Duluth and attractions. There is a Holiday gas station, a diner, and a bar and grill right next to the hotel. The diner and the bar both have great food. 10/10 highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay again if we are ever in the area."

Love the Christmas decorations in the lobby and the coffee and tea options in the lobby. A quick drive across the bridge and you are in Duluth. Restaurants nearby in Superior. Walking paths right from the hotel. "

"This is our go to property when we go to Hayward. Great lobby, spacious rooms, modest fitness center, and the best sauna we have had in our hotel travels. Staff is very friendly. All of the rooms are remodeled, but the walls are a little thinner than I would prefer. Easy check in with plenty of communication. "
